Friends purchased a cute custom tugboat to use as a vehicle to train youngsters about boating safety. It seemed like the only thing missing was a can of Popeye’s spinach, and a custom portrait, so I had to turn this delightful little tug into a Fleischer Studios style cartoon character.

As certified boating safety instructors and licensed U.S. Coast Guard captains, they specialize in hands-on education that promotes confidence and respect for the water.
Programs are available for individuals, families, and groups, as well as private bookings for birthdays and special occasions.
