Crime isn't the only thing that stinks...
He's an anti-hero for the age, a man of his time. He may not be the hero we wanted, but he's the hero we so richly deserve. Plopped down in the center of America's Megalopolis, the most foul cesspool in the country, he's willing to get his hands dirty to wipe crime from the streets. Flush with cash as his alter ego, he's daytime debonaire, and nighttime scourge of the nameless evil that smears city streets.
